Website Redesign

A clear online presence for a network of urgent care clinics.

The Client

Urgent Care Network of Omaha is a network of locally owned urgent care clinics located throughout Omaha. They exist to serve the community with prompt, personal and professional care. 

The Need

The Urgent Care Network of Omaha contacted us in a middle of a brand refinement to help both redesign their current existing sites as well as a site for their upcoming new location opening the following summer. Their customers often didn’t know they had multiple locations and they wanted to change this. They also needed to make their contact information and location information more clear online.

The Solution

After some research and discussion, it was decided that instead of 3 separate sites we would create one main site with 3 subpages for each location. This would allow the network to easily add new locations in the future as well clearly show they are a network. (Plus good for local SEO.) 

It was a priority to make the contact information for each of the clinics easy to find and clear that they were all part of the same network. We made sure this is the first information you see when you explore the page.  Navigating between locations is easy with the big locations dropdown in the main header. Once you get to a locations page – the important contact information and hours is available on the page right away.

The Results

The Urgent Care Network of Omaha was able to launch with a new cohesive brand website that educated their customers about their multiple locations. They were very happy with how the project went and were excited to get the news out.
